Use of Heart & Stone Legacy services constitutes agreement to these terms.

Heart & Stone Legacy provides memorial storytelling, design direction, and fabrication-ready monument planning services.

All memorial concepts, design directions, written materials, layouts, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Heart & Stone Legacy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are required as outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, experience description, or service agreement.

Because our work is custom and begins with personalized discovery, planning, and creative development, custom work is non-refundable once started.

Heart & Stone Legacy is not liable for third-party outcomes, including but not limited to monument fabricators, cemeteries, installers, weather, cemetery maintenance practices, or environmental conditions.
