These prices are for the memorial design plans only: the creative planning, written direction, and concept work that helps your family and monument provider create a more personal headstone.

The physical headstone itself is not included. Cemetery fees, stone fabrication, engraving, installation, permits, flowers, grave care, and third-party vendor costs are quoted separately.

Pricing is shown as a clear starting point instead of a broad range. If a memorial becomes unusually detailed, we will quote that before any additional work begins.

Best for flat, bevel, or slant markers.

For families who want a more personal grave marker without needing a large custom monument process. This package gives you a clear, thoughtful design plan that your monument company can quote and produce.

Built for preservation: Digital Legacy pages are created as simple, elegant web pages with downloadable family copies. While no technology can honestly be guaranteed forever, Heart & Stone Legacy builds each page with archival care: static web formats, QR-ready links, family exports, and migration-ready backups if technology changes.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds so the design can be refined without becoming open-ended. Additional revision rounds are available at $150/hour or quoted clearly before work continues.

Custom work & refunds

Because each memorial design begins with personal research, questionnaire review, and creative planning, design fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If the first direction does not feel right, the included revision rounds are used to refine the concept within the package scope.
