Luxury headstone design, online memorials & legacy care

A memorial that tells the story of who they truly were.

Heart & Stone Legacy creates deeply personal headstone and grave marker concepts, paired with elegant online memorial pages and gentle legacy support. We help families honor the person behind the name — their stories, recipes, values, humor, faith, favorite places, and the love they left behind.

What makes it unique: the stone and the digital legacy are designed together, so an engraved QR code feels like a beautiful part of the memorial — not a sticker, shortcut, or afterthought.

So their children’s children can know who they were — not just where they rest.

Three generations sharing a warm family moment

The stone marks the place. The story carries the life.

The gentle discovery process

We turn memories into a headstone that feels unmistakably theirs.

Our Legacy Questionnaire is a warm, guided way to gather what made your loved one special — their personality, stories, relationships, faith, favorite sayings, meaningful symbols, recipes, and family traditions.

From that, we shape a memorial concept for the grave marker itself: stone style, inscription, symbols, visual direction, and the feeling the monument should carry. We also design the virtual legacy layer, where family and friends can keep sharing photos, stories, recipes, recordings, and memories for future generations.

Elegant QR integration

The digital story belongs in the design.

When a QR code is used, we plan it as part of the memorial artwork — placed with intention and dignity so it connects the stone to stories, photos, recipes, voice notes, and family history.
